A man, who was arrested in connection with the investigation into the death of Daniel Aruebose, has been released without charge.<\/p>\n
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.<\/p>\n
Daniel was last seen alive at his home in The Gallery apartments in Donabate in 2021, when he was three years old.<\/p>\n
His skeletal remains were found last September during a search of waste ground near his home.<\/p>\n
Daniel’s death and burial had been concealed until a check on social welfare payments first raised concerns at the Department of Social Protection, which alerted Tusla, who in turn contacted garda\u00ed.<\/p>\n
The man, who is in his 20s, was arrested at Dublin Airport on Tuesday on suspicion of murder and questioned at a garda station in Dublin.<\/p>\n
He was released overnight.<\/p>\n
A woman in her 20s, who was arrested last December on suspicion of murder, was later released without charge.<\/p>\n
