Bleachers<\/a> are back to announce a new album, everyone for ten minutes, out on May 22nd via Dirty Hit. The Jack Antonoff<\/a>-fronted project have also shared the album\u2019s first single, \u201cyou and forever.\u201d<\/p>\n

everyone for ten minutes serves as Bleachers\u2019 fifth studio album and their first effort since their 2024 self-titled LP<\/a>. They\u2019ve kept busy since that release, with Antonoff lending production to Kendrick Lamar\u2019s\u00a0GNX, Sabrina Carpenter\u2019s\u00a0Man\u2019s Best Friend, Doja Cat\u2019s\u00a0Vie, and more; meanwhile, the band released an alternate version of Bleachers\u2019 2014 debut album as\u00a0A Stranger Desired back in 2024, and last year, they released the live album, Live from Madison Square Garden, NYC.<\/p>\n

The six-piece group have also offered lead single \u201cyou and forever,\u201d a slow-burning, romantic anthem. Built from a vocal loop and a steady trot from the rhythm section, \u201cyou and forever\u201d gains more courage and energy as it goes; \u201cI never knew my name until you spoke it from your chest,\u201d Antonoff sings in his signature baritone, later working up to a passionate howl as sings \u201cFuck everything that I\u2019ve been told\/ Because I just saw the heavens open up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fitting with the track\u2019s lovelorn hues, the band has also shared the official music video for \u201cyou and forever\u201d starring Antonoff\u2019s wife, Margaret Qualley. Throughout, she dances in an apartment in lingerie and a pair of fancy dresses, presumably preparing for a date night. Antonoff, on the other hand, is\u00a0going through it, getting punched in the face on the street, stranded in the rain, and stumbling his way back to Qualley\u2019s apartment. Though it appears that they\u2019re searching for each other, the video ends without depicting their meeting. Watch the Alex Lockett-directed visual below.<\/p>\n
