Last year, his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=y90R8BPc8Ag\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">debate with 20 anti-va<\/a>ccine activists racked up nearly 1 billion views across platforms.
