Team News: Led by head coach Adam Craig and captain Jack Kelleher for a second successive year, the Ireland Club XV squad features strong representation from across the top tiers of the Energia All-Ireland League Men\u2019s Divisions<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Versatile forward Kelleher brings leadership and experience to the Ireland Club international team, having led them last year against Portugal \u2018A\u2019 and been a key figure in Cork Constitution\u2019s success in recent seasons.<\/p>\n

Tonight\u2019s eagerly-awaited clash at Energia Park will see the teams compete for the Dalriada Cup, which was last contested between Ireland and Scotland in 2020 and won by the Irish side.<\/p>\n

In the front row,\u00a0David Begley\u00a0(Young Munster),\u00a0Bobby Sheehan\u00a0(Lansdowne) and\u00a0Luke Masters\u00a0(Cork Constitution) are named, while\u00a0Sean Rigney\u00a0(Terenure College) partners\u00a0Fionn Gilbert\u00a0(Clontarf) in the second row.<\/p>\n

Captain Kelleher leads the side from blindside flanker and is joined in the back row by\u00a0Ronan Watters\u00a0(St. Mary\u2019s College) at openside and\u00a0Bradley Luney\u00a0(Ballynahinch) at number eight.<\/p>\n

At half-back,\u00a0Adam Maher\u00a0(Cork Constitution) is selected at scrum-half alongside\u00a0Conor Kelly\u00a0(Clontarf) at out-half. The midfield pairing sees\u00a0Aran Egan\u00a0(Terenure College) link up with\u00a0Myles Carey\u00a0(St. Mary\u2019s College).<\/p>\n

The back three is made up of\u00a0Aaron Sexton\u00a0(Ballynahinch) and\u00a0Sean French\u00a0(Cork Constitution) on the wings, with\u00a0Conor Rankin\u00a0(Ballynahinch) at full-back.<\/p>\n

On the bench,\u00a0Claytan Milligan\u00a0(Ballynahinch),\u00a0Marcus Hanan\u00a0(Terenure College),\u00a0Adam Tuite\u00a0(Terenure College),\u00a0Bailey Faloon\u00a0(Young Munster) and\u00a0David Whitten\u00a0(Instonians) provide forward cover, while\u00a0Sam Owens,\u00a0Tadhg Bird\u00a0(both Clontarf) and\u00a0Adam LaGrue\u00a0(Terenure College) complete the Match Day Squad.<\/p>\n

Ayr RFC\u2019s Blair Macpherson will lead the side\u00a0in his\u00a0fourth campaign for the\u00a0Club\u00a0XV,\u00a0bringing with him his experience of playing in\u00a0Donnybrook.\u00a0The number 8\u00a0is joined in the back row by teammate Tim Brown\u00a0at openside flanker\u00a0and\u00a0Heriot\u2019s Rugby captain Ruairidh Leishman\u00a0on the blindside.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jack Dobie (Melrose RFC) and Struan Cessford (Heriot\u2019s Rugby)\u00a0will pack down at loosehead and tighthead prop\u00a0respectively, with Hawick RFC\u2019s Fraser Renwick\u00a0selected\u00a0at\u00a0hooker.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Angus Runciman (Melrose RFC) and Oscar Baird (Ayr RFC)\u00a0slot in at lock to complete the forward\u00a0pack\u00a0while\u00a0in the back division, stand-off\u00a0Dwain Patterson\u00a0(Kelso RFC)\u00a0and\u00a0scrum-half\u00a0Gregor Christie\u00a0(Currie Chieftains)\u00a0make up the half-back pairing.\u00a0<\/p>\n
