A woman in her 30s has died following a three-car crash in Co Limerick.<\/p>\n
The incident happened on the N24 near Grange West, Boher at around 11.10pm last night.<\/p>\n
The woman, who was the only person in one of the cars, was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n
Garda\u00ed say the driver of one of the other cars fled the scene and they are seeking to identify them.<\/p>\n
The third driver, a man in his 40s, was brought to University Hospital Limerick with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n
The body of the woman was also brought to University Hospital Limerick and a post-mortem examination will take place.<\/p>\n
Garda\u00ed say the N24 between R505 and L1132 remains closed and a technical examination will take place.<\/p>\n
They added that local diversions are in place.<\/p>\n
Garda\u00ed are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to come forward.<\/p>\n
They are asking road users who may have camera footage, including dash-cam, and were travelling on road between 10.45pm and 11.30pm to contact them.<\/p>\n
