One lucky Irish EuroMillions is enjoying a very memorable Valentine’s Day after they bagged life-changing prize worth more than \u20ac1 million in Friday’s special EuroMillions draw.<\/p>\n
The punter snagged a whopping \u20ac1,005,000 as part of a promotional draw which guaranteed one of 10 Irish winners an extra \u20ac1 million on top of the \u20ac5,000.<\/p>\n
As with every EuroMillions<\/a> draw, ten players won \u20ac5,000 with their unique raffle ticket number. However, in Friday’s (February 13) draw, those ten winning tickets were then entered into a once-off random draw where one ticket was selected to win an additional \u20ac1 million.<\/p>\n The winning raffle code was: I-TGQ-37601<\/p>\n The National Lottery<\/a> is now urging all EuroMillions players to check their tickets carefully as one player now has a stub worth a life-changing amount.<\/p>\n The winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe. They should contact the prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie<\/a> and arrangements will be made for them to collect their \u20ac1,005,000 prize at Lotto HQ.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, the numbers called in Friday’s main EuroMillions draw were: 09, 13, 31, 37, 40 and the Lucky Stars were 06 and 09.<\/p>\n While Friday’s jackpot, which was worth a whopping \u20ac53,818,195, went unclaimed, one Irish player did come agonisingly close to scooping the hge sum after natchign four correct numbers. While the ticketholder missed out on the life-changing jackpot, they did nab the 4 + 2 Stars prize worth \u20ac1,046.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, the number to look out for in Friday’s EuroMillions Plus draw are: 08, 16, 44, 45 and 48.
