A woman has died and a man has been seriously injured in a collision involving a car and a bus in Co Antrim.<\/p>\n
The crash took place in the Ballyrobin Road, Templepatrick, at around 8am on Saturday.<\/p>\n
Detective Inspector Stewart from the Collision Investigation Unit said the woman was driving the car, a black Citroen C1.<\/p>\n
The driver of the bus has serious but non-life-threatening injuries, police said.<\/p>\n
\u201cOfficers attended alongside emergency services partners, however, the driver of the Citroen was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene,\u201d the detective said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe driver of the bus, a man in his 60s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Ballyrobin Road remains closed at this time.<\/p>\n
