Veteran actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has stirred social media after revealing that she was once gifted a car while married.<\/p>\n
Speaking on Naija FM, she said, \u201cWomen have admirers,\u201d she explained. \u201cMe, who is married, I know how many people have gifted me things, women and men. They\u2019ll just see me and say, \u2018Omotola, I\u2019m sending you this.\u2019 They\u2019ve gifted me a car before.\u201d<\/p>\n
When asked if she returned the car because she was married, Omotola responded bluntly: \u201cNo, why would I return the car?\u201d<\/p>\n
She credited her husband\u2019s confidence for the smooth handling of such situations, describing him as the most secure human being you can ever meet.<\/p>\n
\u201cThink about it, how would you marry an Omosexy if you\u2019re not secure?\u201d she quipped.<\/p>\n
Nonetheless, the screen icon dismissed claims that women don\u2019t dominate Nollywood, insisting that women are the true backbone of the industry.<\/p>\n
\u201cWomen are the ones who hold Nollywood,\u201d she said, stressing that many female actors are not just performers but also business owners, influencers, producers, and entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n
