Foo Fighters<\/a> have announced the Australia and New Zealand leg of their \u2018Take Cover\u2019 tour for 2026 and 2027. Find all the details below.<\/p>\n

Dave Grohl<\/a> and co. are due to head Down Under this November for a run of huge stadium shows, following their UK\/European leg <\/a>and North American dates over the summer\/autumn<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The forthcoming trek will begin in Brisbane on November 5, with further performances scheduled in Townsville, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Adelaide, Christchurch, Auckland and Perth.<\/p>\n

\u201cWE\u2019RE COMING BACK!!!\u201d the Foos wrote on social media alongside the new dates last night (Tuesday February 17).<\/p>\n

Support across the concerts comes from Full Flower Moon Band, Mini Skirt, Downgirl, The Bellair Lip Bombs, Teens, The Buoys, C.O.F.F.I.N, Frenzee, Kurralta Park, Spooky Eyes, Dartz, Seek Help!, Dick Move, Ringlets, The Southern River Band, and Last Quokka.<\/p>\n

Tickets go on general sale at 12pm local time next Wednesday (February 25) \u2013 you\u2019ll be able to buy yours here<\/a>. Alternatively, fans can access a pre-sale at the same time on Monday (23).<\/p>\n

The announcement comes shortly after Foo Fighters updated their website to feature snippets of new songs<\/a>, likely from a forthcoming album.<\/p>\n

Recent months have seen the band drop hints about the follow-up to 2023\u2019s \u2018But Here We Are\u2019<\/a>. Grohl confirmed that a new record was finished in January<\/a>, with the Foos subsequently sharing some teasers online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Last summer, the group marked their 30th anniversary by sharing a new single called\u00a0\u2018Today\u2019s Song\u2019<\/a>. They later released the track \u2018Asking For A Friend\u2019<\/a> in October, saying it was \u201cone of many songs to come\u201d.<\/p>\n
