Hims & Hers Health<\/a> said on Thursday it will acquire Australian digital \u2060health company Eucalyptus in a deal valued \u200bat up \u200bto $1.15 billion, \u200bas the U.S. telehealth platform seeks to broaden its personalized care business into \u2060new \u200cinternational markets.<\/p>\n

The deal would \u2060give Hims & Hers a foothold in Australia and Japan while deepening its presence in \u200cthe United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada through partnerships with established regional \u200boperators.<\/p>\n

Eucalyptus operates several consumer-focused brands globally, including weight-loss program Juniper and men’s telehealth brand Pilot, and \u2060has served more than 775,000 customers, according \u200cto Hims & Hers.<\/p>\n

Hims & Hers \u200cis currently facing a lawsuit from Danish drugmaker Novo Nordisk after a \u2060crackdown from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration \u2060forced it to \u2060abruptly withdraw its newly launched $49 copy of Novo’s blockbuster weight-loss pill Wegovy.<\/p>\n

The \u200bdeal is \u200cexpected to close in the middle of calendar year 2026.
