The project will deliver nearly two hundred dwelling units to the former industrial enclave, though it does not include any commercial retail space. Texas-based developer <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/beam-reach-properties\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Beam Reach<\/a> is responsible for the application.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-45102\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/155-Jefferson-Drive-corner-view-rendering-by-KTGY.jpg\" alt=\"155 Jefferson Drive corner view, rendering by KTGY\" width=\"1500\" height=\"938\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">155 Jefferson Drive corner view, rendering by KTGY<\/p>\n<p>The roughly 85-foot-tall structure is expected to yield around 285,550 square feet, including 151,300 square feet for housing and roughly 82,000 square feet for the three-story podium garage. Parkingw ill be included for 200 cars and 330 bicycles. Residential amenities will be split between the ground and fourth floors. The landscaped podium-top central courtyard will be flanked by a residential clubhouse and fitness center.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/ktgy-architects\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">KTGY<\/a> is the project architect, with landscape architecture by <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/bionic\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bionic<\/a>. The articulated facade will be covered with several distinct materials, including cementitious siding, basaltine tiling, metal panels, and painted stucco. Future residents will find themselves in a former industrial neighborhood that\u2019s being transformed into a mid-rise residential enclave.
