Garda\u00ed have launched an investigation, after a stolen car was involved in a collision in Letterkenny.<\/p>\n
They say that the collision occurred at Loughagannon, Letterkenny at 3am this morning, and the driver failed to remain at the scene.<\/p>\n
No further details were provided to Donegal Daily regarding any other vehicles or people being involved in the incident.<\/p>\n
However, Garda\u00ed say that no injuries have been reported at this time.<\/p>\n
The stolen vehicle was involved in the crash after being reported stolen early on Friday morning.<\/p>\n
Garda\u00ed say that they received a report of an unauthorised taking of a car in the area of Drumacloghan, Ramelton, at some time between 12:05am and 7am on Friday the 20th of February.<\/p>\n
Their enquiries into the matter are ongoing.<\/p>\n
