It ended the session at 5,041.33, up 23.73 points or 0.5% compared to Monday&#8217;s close.<\/p>\n<p>In economic news, Singapore&#8217;s core inflation fell to 1% year on year in January from 1.2% in December 2025, according to a joint release from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Ministry of Trade and Industry.<\/p>\n<p>On the corporate front, shares of Wilton Resources (SGX:5F7) surged over 11% at the close as its subsidiary, Wilton Resources Holdings, sold 200 million shares in subsidiary PT.
