Mr. Justice Brian O\u2019Moore and the Hon. Ms. Justice Niamh Hyland, Judges of the Court of Appeal, as Ordinary Judges of the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"abm76\">The vacancies in the Supreme Court arise following the retirement of the Hon. Ms. Justice Elizabeth Dunne on 24 February 2026 and the scheduled retirement of the Hon.
