Pic: Ken McKay\/ITV\/Shutterstock<\/p>\n<p>Strictly Come Dancing star Angela Scanlon has stepped in as guest presenter, with viewers taking to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.x.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">X<\/a> to have their say on how the Meath native is getting on.<\/p>\n<p>One wrote: \u2018Hey @itv @thismorning, please keep Angela Scanlon!!\u2019 one begged, while another lauded: \u2018Angela Scanlon is brilliant on #ThisMorning.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018What a superb addition to the This Morning team of presenters. Pic: Ken McKay\/ITV\/Shutterstock<\/p>\n<p>The 49-year-old joined the This Morning team in March 2024 alongside Ben following the departure of long-term hosts Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.<\/p>\n<p>The pair present the show Mondays to Thursdays, while Dermot O\u2019Leary and Alison Hammond front the show on Fridays.<\/p>\n<p>It comes not long after <a href=\"https:\/\/extra.ie\/2026\/02\/26\/entertainment\/celebrity\/amanda-holden-schofield\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Amanda Holden reignited her feud<\/a> with Philip Schofield on her breakfast show this week.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/1772128993_319_Alison-Hammond-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1747865\"  \/>This Morning presenters Dermot O\u2019Leary and Alison Hammond.
