It is being pegged as the first four-quadrant movie (men\/women\/young\/old) to hit cinemas since \u201cAvatar: Fire and Ash,\u201d with high interest among all demos.<\/p>\n<p>Only seven titles have opened above $40 million domestically at the box-office that have been non-sequels \u2013 one of them being \u201cThe Martian\u201d which debuted to $54.3 million and was similarly based on an Andy Weir novel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProject Hail Mary\u201dhas begun screening for press, and while reviews aren\u2019t out yet, the reactions so far have been raves with a lot of praise for Gosling\u2019s performance and for the film\u2019s quality overall.<\/p>\n<p>Also opening the same weekend is Radio Silence\u2019s \u201cReady or Not 2: Here I Come\u201d which is currently on track for a $11+ million debut.
