Watch that below.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing\u2019s About To Happen To Me is Mitski\u2019s first studio album since 2023\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/reviews\/albums\/mitski-the-land-is-inhospitable-and-so-are-we\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Land Is Inhospitable And So Are We<\/a>. Last October, she surprise-released a <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/mitski-surprise-releases-the-land-the-live-album\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">live album<\/a> to accompany the premiere of her concert film, <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/mitski-announces-new-concert-film-the-land\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mitski: The Land<\/a>. The film, directed by Grant James, included footage from three shows the artist played at Atlanta\u2019s Fox Theatre in 2024, accompanied by a seven-piece band.<\/p>\n<p>On February 25, Mitski also made her first late-night appearance since 2022, performing \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/mitski-announces-tour-2026-and-shares-new-single\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">I\u2019ll Change For You<\/a>\u201d on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/the-late-show-with-stephen-colbert-to-end-next-year\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">farewell season<\/a>.
