It feels like only yesterday we were watching Josh O\u2019Connor traipse around the Italian countryside in the world\u2019s dirtiest linen suit, digging up treasures and wooing our hearts in Alice Rohrwacher\u2019s La Chimera<\/a>, the arthouse movie that launched one thousand crushes. Since then, O\u2019Connor has played a tennis star<\/a>, an art thief<\/a>, and a priest<\/a> (this sounds like a joke setup \u2026) before he finally found his way back into a creative partnership with Rohrwacher on her forthcoming film Three Incestuous Sisters, based on the novel by Audrey Niffenegger<\/a> (of The Time Traveler\u2019s Wife fame among other books). Presumably O\u2019Connor won\u2019t be playing any of the incestuous sisters \u2014 he\u2019s gonna be, what, their dad? Just kidding, he\u2019s the love interest \u2014 but he will join other big gets like Saoirse Ronan, Dakota Johnson, and presumptive Best Actress winner Jessie Buckley.<\/a><\/p>\n

Wait, does this mean Dakota Johnson is doing an accent? Can Dakota Johnson do accents? We\u2019ll find out soon enough. Rohrwacher is reportedly writing the script alongside Ottessa Moshfegh, so it\u2019s safe to assume the vibe of this movie, based on its co-screenwriter and title, will be very, very normal and not remotely sexually weird in any way.<\/p>\n
