The coveted honour was bestowed at a ceremony where his Rewildlife campaign was roundly applauded, highlighting his impact as a video maker, podcaster and writer \u2013 campaigning for greater awareness of biodiversity in particular and nature in general.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom0 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">In his acceptance speech, the newly crowned hero told the Helix Theatre audience \u201cwe can all do our bit\u201d and he certainly has been doing his bit of late, turning the home he shares with wife Abby and son Brugha into a five acre nature reserve. The location where he communes with grey wagtails and rowan trees is kept fiercely private.
