Alvarez & Marsal purchased Hogs Head golf course in Waterville 10 years ago. New consolidated \u00adaccounts for A&M SWB Holding Ltd \u00adunderline the scale of the investment since by Alvarez & Marsal, with a book value of \u20ac55.99m on the golf firm\u2019s fixed assets.<\/p>\n

Alvarez & Marsal employs 12,000 people and is in business for over 40 years. Headquartered in New York, the firm has a global footprint with 94 \u00adoffices across the Americas, Asia Pacific, \u00adEurope, the Middle East, Africa, South East Asia and Australia.<\/p>\n

A&M SWB Holding Ltd last year \u00adrecorded the dip in operating profits despite revenues increasing by 3pc from \u20ac14.88m to \u20ac15.28m.<\/p>\n

The directors state the company operates a private golf club \u201cat the premium end of the international golf market\u201d.<\/p>\n

They state the company \u201cis engaged in a continuous investment in its facilities to retain its status\u201d.<\/p>\n

A&M SWB Holding Limited has the following subsidiaries: A&M Hogs Head Golf Club Ltd, A&M Greens Construction Ltd and A&M Lodge at Hogs Head Ltd.<\/p>\n

The directors who served during the year are listed as Christopher Woelfle, Bryan Paul Marsal, John Duggan and Rory O\u2019Sullivan.<\/p>\n

The consolidated balance sheet for the business shows that it had shareholder funds of \u20ac57.72m at the end of December 2024.<\/p>\n

This takes into account accumulated losses of \u20ac20.73m offset by called-up share capital of \u20ac78.46m.<\/p>\n

The group\u2019s cash funds increased from \u20ac339,675 to \u20ac3.04m.<\/p>\n
