<\/p>\nIt was confirmed on Friday that Trent Kone-Doherty has left Liverpool to join Norwegian side Molde on a permanent transfer for an undisclosed fee<\/p>\n

Molde FK have thanked Liverpool for how they handled negotiations in the process of signing Trent Kone-Doherty. It was confirmed on Friday night that Kone-Doherty had completed a surprise permanent transfer<\/a> to the Norwegian side.<\/p>\n As reported by the ECHO<\/a>, Kone-Doherty, who was out of contract at the end of the season, has opted to take up the offer of potentially more regular first-team involvement rather than extend his Liverpool<\/a> deal.
