While most Samsung Galaxy S26<\/a> buyers are counting down the days until March 11, one lucky customer in Europe didn\u2019t have to wait that long. Samsung unveiled the new device alongside the Galaxy Buds 4<\/a> at last week\u2019s Unpacked event, and reports suggest the company has already delivered at least one Galaxy S26 Ultra<\/a> ahead of schedule.<\/p>\n

A Reddit user known as Boris499<\/a> claims they received their Galaxy S26 Ultra on Feb. 27, approximately two weeks before the official release date. The user even uploaded photos of the device, seemingly confirming the early delivery.<\/p>\n

Samsung has sent Galaxy smartphones to customers ahead of schedule in the past. Last year, some customers who pre-ordered the Galaxy S25 series<\/a> reported their devices shipped \u2014 and in some cases delivered \u2014 before the official launch date of Feb. 7, 2025. However, deliveries a couple of weeks early are far less common. The premature arrival is believed<\/a> to be linked to carrier logistics and inventory reaching regional distribution centers ahead of schedule.<\/p>\n

There are also reports that certain retailers in Dubai began selling the Galaxy S26 Ultra several days before its official unveiling at Unpacked. While isolated, these instances suggest that supply constraints may not be a major concern at launch. In other words, customers who have already placed pre-orders are likely to receive their devices on time.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re considering an upgrade, the pre-order window appears to offer strong value. In several regions, Samsung and its retail partners are providing incentives that may not be available once general sales begin. For example, in markets such as Canada and parts of Europe, customers who pre-order the 256GB Galaxy S26 Ultra can receive a complimentary upgrade to the 512GB model<\/a> \u2014 effectively doubling the storage at no additional cost.<\/p>\n
