S\u00e1nchez Bezos got married to the Amazon founder during a $50 million star-studded ceremony in Venice.<\/p>\n

The The Fly Who Flew Under the Sea author shares son Nikko, 25, with ex-boyfriend Tony Gonzalez, as well as son Evan, 19, and daughter Ella, 18, with her ex-husband Patrick Whitesell.<\/p>\n

Lauren S\u00e1nchez and Jeff Bezos\u2019s wedding<\/a> last summer was a lavish, $50 million affair, with an A-list guest list full of celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner<\/a>, and Leonardo DiCaprio, a dreamy Venice destination, and not one, but three different wedding dresses. The star-studded attendees notwithstanding, S\u00e1nchez Bezos revealed that a special moment with her three kids<\/a> stood out as the highlight of the three-day celebration.<\/p>\n

While making an appearance on Today<\/a> on March 3, the children\u2019s book author\u2014who was promoting her second book The Fly Who Flew Under the Sea\u2014opened up about what she called the \u201cmost meaningful and impactful moment\u201d during her wedding with one of her sons, who she revealed also has dyslexia. S\u00e1nchez Bezos shares son Nikko, 25<\/a>, with ex-boyfriend Tony Gonzalez, as well as son Evan, 19<\/a>, and daughter Ella, 18<\/a>, with her ex-husband Patrick Whitesell.<\/p>\n

S\u00e1nchez Bezos recalled both her and Bezos\u2019s kids getting up to do surprise speeches for their parents, sharing, \u201cOne of my kids, who is dyslexic\u2014and he lets me talk about it\u2014went up there and talked about a moment that was extremely important to him.\u201d While she \u201chad no idea what he was going to say\u201d at the time, her son opened up about a meaningful childhood memory that he shared with his mom during the ceremony.<\/p>\n

“He was in the fourth grade and not writing well and he wrote this sentence that says, ‘I can do this.\u201d And it was his first sentence. And that’s really late to be writing your first sentence as any parent with a kid with dyslexia knows,\u201d S\u00e1nchez Bezos explained. “I blew it up and I put it in our kitchen, and it says, ‘I can do this.’ Anyway, he talked about how special that moment was for him.”<\/p>\n
