Gardai have stood down an appeal for a missing Finglas woman following the discovery of a body.<\/p>\n

53-year-old Frederique Dunne had been reported missing from the Dublin<\/a> 11 suburb on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

But gardai have now stood down their appeal for help after a woman’s body was found.<\/p>\n

Officers also thanked the public for their help in their appeals.<\/p>\n

A garda<\/a> spokesperson said: “Following the discovery of a woman\u2019s body, the missing person appeal in respect of Frederique Dunne (53), who was reported missing from Finglas, Dublin 11 since Tuesday 3rd March 2026, has been stood down.<\/p>\n

“An Garda S\u00edoch\u00e1na would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.”<\/p>\n
