An expert who captures and relocates snakes for concerned residents in Newcastle, Australia, recently shared an amusing scene she documented while responding to a call.<\/p>\n

It involved a highly venomous red-bellied black snake, a brick wall, and\u00a0garden hose.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not a difficult quiz, which is answered in the footage posted below, courtesy of Snake Catcher Bronte<\/a>. But the footage reveals that some snake-capture efforts are trickier than others.<\/p>\n

“There\u2019s some call outs that make me laugh,” Snake Catcher Bronte stated via social media<\/a>. \u201cCheeky, but dangerously venomous, Red Bellied Black Snake.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the Australian Museum<\/a>, red-bellied black snakes are commonly encountered on Australia\u2019s east coast. They\u2019re not aggressive toward humans but will bite if sufficiently harassed.<\/p>\n

The museum states on its website: \u201cWhen approached in the wild a red-bellied black snake will often freeze to avoid detection, and people may unknowingly get quite close before registering the snake\u2019s presence.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bites typically cause significant severe pain and swelling, along with nausea and headaches. Immediate medical attention is recommended for victims.<\/p>\n

It was not clear how Snake Catcher Bronte (Bronte Hillen) managed this particular capture, but the former zoo keeper is adept at safely catching and relocating potential problem snakes.<\/p>\n
