The base model of the next-generation Razr lineup, the Motorola Razr 70<\/a>, has appeared on China\u2019s TENAA certification website<\/a>,\u00a0offering an early look at its specifications. The device carries the model number XT2657-2 and is expected to arrive alongside the higher-end Motorola Razr 70 Ultra in the coming weeks. <\/p>\n

According to the listing, the Razr 70 will feature a 6.9-inch OLED main display with a resolution of 1080 \u00d7 2640 pixels. On the outside, the foldable will include a 3.63-inch OLED cover display with a resolution of 1056 \u00d7 1066 pixels, allowing users to access notifications, apps, and quick controls without opening the device. <\/p>\n

While the certification does not name the exact processor, it confirms that the phone will run on an octa-core chipset clocked at 2.75GHz. The device is also expected to ship with generous memory configurations, with up to 18GB of RAM and as much as 1TB of internal storage. <\/p>\n

The TENAA listing also points to a dual-camera setup on the rear, both using 50MP sensors. One of the sensors is expected to function as a telephoto camera, with the listing indicating support for 3x optical zoom. On the inside, the foldable display houses a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. <\/p>\n

Additional details from the certification reveal a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication. The device will also use a dual-battery system with a combined capacity of around 4,500mAh. In terms of physical design, the Razr 70 is listed as measuring 7.2mm thick and weighing 188 grams. <\/p>\n

Motorola has yet to officially confirm a launch date. However, the timing suggests the announcement may not be far off. The company introduced the previous Razr 60<\/a> series in April last year, making a similar launch window for the Razr 70 lineup a strong possibility.<\/p>\n
