\n\tHarry Styles<\/a> plays the action hero \u2014 with the help from some stunt doubles \u2014 in the new music video for \u201cAmerican Girls.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tDirected by James Mackel, the clip finds Styles spending a day on the set: He embarks on a cross-country motorcycle journey, casually drives a sports car underneath a stalled-out semi truck, runs through<\/a> a desert landscape peppered with explosives, and completes a massive motorcycle flip against a setting sun.<\/p>\n \n\tOf course, a lot of this is completed with the help of green screen technology and two well-trained stunt doubles. For all the action in the \u201cAmerican Girls\u201d clip, there\u2019s a kind of charming mundanity to it as Styles drifts from one scene to the next, eats some snacks with his stunt doubles, and stays continually hydrated.\u00a0<\/p>\n \t\tTrending Stories<\/p>\n \n\tThe \u201cAmerican Girls\u201d clip appears on Styles\u2019 new album, Kiss All the Time.
