Ireland have no fresh injury concerns ahead of Saturday’s Triple Crown clash with Scotland in Dublin.<\/p>\n

Andy Farrell’s side beat Wales 27-17<\/a> on Friday to maintain an outside shot at the Six Nations title but would likely need to beat Scotland and hope England can cause an upset against France<\/a> in Paris.<\/p>\n

Munster loosehead prop Jeremy Loughman, who started the first three games of Ireland’s campaign, missed the Wales tie with a calf injury and remains out with Connacht’s Billy Bohan called up as cover.<\/p>\n

Ulster’s Tom O’Toole is likely to keep his place after impressing on his first start at loosehead<\/a> against Steve Tandy’s side.<\/p>\n

Munster back row Brian Gleeson will also train with the panel this week.<\/p>\n

Ulster trio Cormac Izuchukwu, Jude Postlethwaite and Bryn Ward have returned to the province ahead of their re-fixed URC clash away to Edinburgh on Friday night.<\/p>\n

The Ireland team will be named on Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n

\nScotland beat France 50-40 on Saturday<\/p>\n

Scotland will arrive in Dublin looking for a first win over Ireland since 2017 and a first away victory since 2010.<\/p>\n

They are also in the running for the championship after wins over England, Wales and France.<\/p>\n

The visitors will be without without locks Gregor Brown and Scott Cummings, the Scottish Rugby Union said on Monday, with four call-ups to the squad to replace a total of six injured players.<\/p>\n

Brown and Cummings have started together in the second row in the wins over England and France, but both went off injured during Saturday’s 50-40 victory over the French<\/a> which gives them a shot at the title going into the final day on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Cummings suffered a hamstring injury and Brown picked up a calf problem at Murrayfield, and have returned to their clubs for further assessment along with Adam Hastings, Nathan McBeth, Elliot Millar Mills and Duhan van der Merwe.<\/p>\n

Coach Gregor Townsend has called up inexperienced locks Euan Ferrie and Alex Samuel.<\/p>\n

Ferrie is uncapped while Samuel has never featured in a Six Nations match and both will provide back-up for Grant Gilchrist, Jonny Gray, Max Williamson and Alex Craig.<\/p>\n

Wing Arron Reed and prop Alec Hepburn have also been added to the squad.<\/p>\n
