Chinese smartphone manufacturing giant Xiaomi has launched its latest flagship in India, Xiaomi\u00a017\u00a0and Xiaomi 17 Ultra. The smartphone is developed for photography enthusiasts. Both the\u00a0smartphones\u00a0are\u00a0powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and\u00a0packed\u00a0with\u00a0up to\u00a06300mAh battery.\u00a0The flagship\u00a0is developed in collaboration with Leica to push the boundaries of mobile photography and processing power.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Xiaomi 17 Features and Specifications\u00a0 <\/p>\n
The newly launched Xiaomi 17 features a 6.3-inch\u00a0CrystalRes\u00a0OLED display with a 2,656\u00d71,220 resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz\u00a0and a peak brightness of 3500 nits. The display panel also supports a 300Hz touch sampling rate and offers DCI-P3\u00a0colour\u00a0coverage, 12-bit\u00a0colour\u00a0depth,\u00a0HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support, and TUV\u00a0Rheinland\u00a0certifications for low blue light, flicker free operation, and circadian friendly viewing.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The device is powered by\u00a0the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5\u00a0SoC paired\u00a0with\u00a0Andreno\u00a0GPU and Qualcomm AI Engine. The chipset\u00a0is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. The\u00a0device runs on\u00a0HyperOS\u00a03 based on Android 16\u00a0and\u00a0consists\u00a0of the company\u2019s new\u00a0HyperAI\u00a0suite which\u00a0has\u00a0tools such as AI Writing, AI Speech Recognition, AI Interpreter, AI Search,\u00a0AI Dynamic Wallpapers, and Circle to Search with Google Gemini.\u00a0<\/p>\n
