He noted that the recent positive sales of new homes had digested part of the stock of unsold completed flats.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">\u201cBesides, the rate cut has begun. When people see a clearer prospect of the rate cut cycle and feel confident, the lived-in home market will be revitalised.
