\n\tHarry Styles<\/a> is back in his chart-topping groove, as Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally<\/a> flies straight to the summit on the U.K.\u2019s Official Albums Chart<\/a> in a career-best opening week on March 13.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe feat marks Styles\u2019 third No. 1 on the chart as a solo act, following his 2017 self-titled debut and 2022\u2019s Harry\u2019s House. He also achieved a further four No. 1 LPs throughout the 2010s as a\u00a0member of boy band One Direction.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Official Charts Company reports that with its 183,000 units shifted in the opening week, Kiss All the Time is the biggest release of 2026 so far. The figure smashes Styles\u2019 previous personal best with Harry\u2019s House, which opened with sales of 113,000.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThe final number also makes Kiss All the Time the biggest opening week for a solo male artist since Ed Sheeran<\/a>\u2019s 2017 LP Divide (672,000 copies). Of Kiss All the Time\u2019s final number, 66,000 were sold on vinyl, his best opening week on the format.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tWith the album track \u201cAmerican Girls\u201d landing at No. 1 on the Official U.K. Singles Chart<\/a> this week, Styles has secured an Official Chart double. This was last achieved<\/a> by Olivia Dean<\/a> in October 2025 with her second LP, The Art of Loving, and smash-hit single \u201cMan I Need.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAhead of the LP\u2019s release, Styles gave his first TV performance of No. 1 single \u201cAperture\u201d at the BRIT Awards at Co-op Live, Manchester in February. The 32-year-old returned to the venue the following week on March 6 to perform a One Night Only<\/a> show for a Netflix special, which landed on March 8 \u2014 his first live concert to appear on any streaming platform.<\/p>\n

\n\tStyles extends an 11-week streak in which the U.K. No. 1 spot has been occupied by British artists following triumphs by Dean, Robbie Williams, Louis Tomlinson, Charli xcx, Mumford & Sons and Gorillaz.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn the charts dated March 13, Dean\u2019s The Art of Loving holds position at No. 2 while Morrissey\u2019s Make-Up Is a Lie finishes at No. 3, his 13th top five album as a soloist.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tFleetwood Mac\u2019s 50 Years \u2013 Don\u2019t Stop compilation lands at No. 4, while Bruno Mars\u2019 The Romantic grabs the No. 5 spot, down two from last week.<\/p>\n
