{"id":346286,"date":"2026-03-14T17:58:07","date_gmt":"2026-03-14T17:58:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/346286\/"},"modified":"2026-03-14T17:58:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-14T17:58:07","slug":"a-defining-moment-limerick-entreprenuer-makes-history-with-new-european-deal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/346286\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;A defining moment&#8217;: Limerick entreprenuer makes history with new European deal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.limerickleader.ie\/section\/233\/business\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">NEWCASTLE West<\/a> based entrepreneur has made a bit of history, teaming up with a global business consultancy firm.<\/p>\n<p>Rani Dabrai has linked up with EOS Worldwide, which has developed a framework of tools and processes used to manage companies and leadership teams.<\/p>\n<p>It has named this the Entrepreneurial Operating System.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Dabrai is being charged with leading the American firm\u2019s European growth strategy.<\/p>\n<p>READ MORE:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.limerickleader.ie\/news\/business\/2034440\/state-planning-to-sell-limerick-s-tax-office-at-sarsfield-house.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">State planning to sell Limerick&#8217;s tax office at Sarsfield House<\/a><\/p>\n<p>So far, EOS has supported more than 280,000 companies globally through a network of over 850 implementers.<\/p>\n<p>The organisation generates estimated annual revenues in excess of $200m.<\/p>\n<p>Until now its expansion has largely centred on North America and select English-speaking markets.<\/p>\n<p>But this new agreement formally establishes Ireland as the first designated European expansion territory in the company\u2019s global history.<\/p>\n<p>Further continental rollouts are to follow.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a defining moment,\u201d Ms Dabrai said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor six years, I have built EOS in Ireland from the ground up, working closely with founders and leadership teams to help them scale with clarity and discipline.
