Erin Lichy<\/a> is showing off her recent stunning hair transformation.\u00a0The Real Housewives of New York City<\/a>\u00a0Season 16 cast member sat down in the salon chair, giving a peek inside her hair makeover, where she went from brunette to blonde in before-and-after photos.<\/p>\n

Erin’s hair colorist, Rosario Cannata, took to Instagram<\/a> on Feb. 25, where he posted a video showing off what Erin’s hair looked like before the transformation and after\u00a0the transformation. In the video, Erin can be seen sitting down in the salon chair, sporting brown hair with some lighter ends. But this didn’t last for long. The colorist did some highlighting to Erin’s hair, resulting in blonde streaks throughout the brown base, and lighter pieces framing her face. Erin seemed\u00a0very\u00a0happy with the results, running her hands through her hair and tousling it for the camera at the end of the video. “Nothing like a coffee and a highlight to start the morning,” he wrote in the caption of the post.<\/p>\n

Erin also took to her Instagram Story, where she admitted that she wasn’t always confident that she would end up going with highlights. “For 5 seconds I thought about going brown but then nope,” she wrote over the before and after snapshots.<\/p>\n

Erin’s hair transformation was revealed just\u00a0ahead of the big announcement<\/a>\u00a0that she will be returning as a cast member for\u00a0RHONY\u00a0Season 16.<\/a>\u00a0She will be joined by returning\u00a0The Real Housewives of New York City\u00a0cast members, Sai De Silva<\/a> and Jessel Taank<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They will be joined by newcomers, Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond, and Daisy Toye, who will be joining the show as full-time housewives.\u00a0Carole Radziwill<\/a>\u00a0has also been confirmed to join the group as a\u00a0RHONY\u00a0Season 16 friend<\/a>\u00a0after several seasons away.<\/p>\n

An announcement for\u00a0RHONY\u00a0Season 16 notes that “more information on the upcoming season will be announced at a later date.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

So much has happened in Erin’s life since the\u00a0RHONY\u00a0Season 15<\/a>. Erin and her husband, Abe Lichy<\/a>, welcomed their fourth child into the world \u2014 a son named Jack Hunter Lichy<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 in March 2025, and have since been able to get on the same page about their financial situation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Erin appeared on\u00a0Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen<\/a>\u00a0on Oct. 28, where she joked that she was “still mad” at Abe for selling some of their Bitcoin<\/a> without her knowing.<\/p>\n

She also told WWHL\u00a0host\u00a0Andy Cohen<\/a>\u00a0that being a mom to four kids is “great.” “Just add it to the mix,” she noted.<\/p>\n
