Lisa Ann Corpora reinvented herself career-wise after leaving the adult industry – and she later did the same with her appearance.<\/p>\n

The former porn star, 53, ‘went back to factory settings’ this time last year after going under the knife.<\/p>\n

She reckons it is one of the best decisions that she has ever made, as while sharing before-and-after photos to show the difference, she revealed the benefits it has brought.<\/p>\n

After saying goodbye to the adult industry<\/a> for good, Lisa decided it was time to also bid her boobs farewell too.<\/p>\n

Back in 2020, she spoke to LADbible about how briefly reprising her initial retirement<\/a> made her realise it was time to call it quits on a permanent basis.<\/p>\n

“I think dipping my toe back in the water for that year really gave me a sense that I had been in it at the perfect time for me, and it wasn’t really a fit for me anymore,” she explained.<\/p>\n

“I’ve outgrown it, I’ve loved it for everything it’s done for me and still so happy to be invited to events and still be Lisa Ann – but at the same time [the adult industry has] grown to be something different.<\/p>\n

“I needed to go back in for that year to see what’s different in my life now.”<\/p>\n

Lisa – who is arguably best known for her political<\/a> porn parody ‘Who’s Nailin’ Paylin?’ – said that ‘being a porn star in the 90s was very different than it is now’.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the glory days, the Pennsylvania<\/a>-born media personality said: “The girls were so valued. There weren’t a lot who wanted to do this for a living, so [filmmakers] wanted to treat the ones who did so well.”<\/p>\n

But she reckons that adult content world then switched up, with porn producers prioritising ‘shock value’ over sexy scenes – which she said ‘changed the dynamic of the industry’.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, fans of the popular ex-adult performer were blown away by her transformation after she uploaded a series of snaps on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On 5 March, she made a post celebrating the first anniversary of being free of ‘aftermarket parts’, while detailing how she feels now she has returned to her ‘original’ form.<\/p>\n

“My implants were amazing business<\/a> partners and helped build a career I\u2019ll always be grateful for… but the woman I am today wanted to walk into a room without my boobs entering first,” Lisa joked.<\/p>\n

“One year later: More mobile. No pain. Best sleep of my adult life. Original parts. New chapter.”<\/p>\n

She shared images of her pre-surgery, on the day of the operation and a mirror selfie of her flaunting her new physique.<\/p>\n

Lisa has openly discussed her decision to abandon her breast implants on social media<\/a> over the last year, such as when she shared an update two months after the operation.<\/p>\n

In a post in May last year, she spoke of how she was thrilled that she could now wear ‘tiny tops’ while saying she was feeling ‘absolutely incredible – physically, mentally<\/a>, emotionally’.<\/p>\n

“This has been one of the best decisions I\u2019ve ever made for my overall health<\/a> and well-being,” Lisa added. “Getting dressed has never been more fun with more things fitting and less time fussing.”<\/p>\n

In a post on X that was also shared in May 2025, she gushed about how great it was to be ‘living in her natural body for the first time since she was 18’, saying: “It feels great to back away from relying on my looks and body. It’s next-level empowering.”<\/p>\n

What is Lisa Ann doing now?<\/p>\n

Lisa went on to establish herself as a radio and podcast<\/a> host, as well as penning a couple of books<\/a> about her illustrious career.<\/p>\n

In a sense though, she still maintains something of a presence in the X-rated realm, as fans can converse with her ‘digital twin’ on a platform called OhChat.<\/p>\n

This digital version of her still boasts quite a large bust, despite Lisa no longer having breast implants.<\/p>\n

And during an appearance on the You Gotta Try This podcast in 2025, she revealed that the upkeep of her boobs had cost her a great deal of cash over the years.<\/p>\n

Lisa said that the bill for her breasts ‘easily’ hit the $250,000 (\u00a3187,700) mark, while confessing that she previously felt the need to undergo cosmetic procedures because of ‘pressure’ she felt while working in the adult industry.<\/p>\n

“You are pressured to do a lot of fillers and things to your face,” she said. “It’s funny, people will say to me ‘you look younger now’. And I’m like, ‘Yeah, because this is actually what I look like’.<\/p>\n

“I don’t have lips, I don’t have… but you would go on set and the director would be like, ‘Everyone’s doing the lips’… and you just do it because you’re around those people.<\/p>\n

“But when you put yourself in a normal environment, you realise my lips are weirdly big, these other women don’t look like this!
