Evil Island have signed with Blowed Out Records and will be releasing their debut single, \u201cTiger Baby\u201c, on April 15th. A 7\u201d single for that track is also currently available and will serve as the first chance to hear the b-side track, \u201cKing Death\u201c. Evil Island sports a trio of members from post-hardcore\/screamo outfit The Blood Brothers, including Johnny Whitney (vocals), guitarist\/vocalist Cody Votolato and drummer Mark Gajadhar. Autry Fulbright (OFF!, ex-\u2026And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, etc.) rounds out the roster on bass.<\/p>\n
Given The Blood Brothers\u2018 close ties to producer Ross Robinson (Korn, Slipknot), this new union with Blowed Out Records isn\u2019t a surprising turn. Robinson is a co-founded that label alongside Ghostemane and Bill Armstrong. Votolato commented:<\/p>\n
\u201cRoss Robinson came to my surprise birthday party last May 2025. I mentioned Evil Island and he instantly said \u2018Fuck yes, let\u2019s make a record.\u2019 By October we were in the studio and signed to Blowed Out Records. Now on April 15th, 2026 we are releasing our first single \u2018Tiger Baby\u2018 with a limited press of 300 copies on 7\u2033. It will include our second single that you can only hear early on the 7\u2033 at first. We are super proud of it and it\u2019s now available for preorder!\u201d<\/p>\n
