Authorities responded to a simple battery on the 1400 block of Royal Street at approximately 12:45 a.m. Feb. 17, when two male victims reported being assaulted, the New Orleans Police Department<\/a> (NOPD) told Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n “I was drunk, and then I felt infringed upon\u2026 like in terms of my proximity.
