<\/p>\nDublin City Centre<\/p>\n
The 2026 St Patrick’s Day Parade in Dublin takes place on Tuesday, March 17, starting at 12pm.<\/p>\n
The parade route runs from Parnell Square, through the city centre to the finishing point at the junction of Kevin Street and Cuffe Street.<\/p>\n
The Parade will feature 12 large-scale floats from independent parade companies, with over 3,000 participants involved.<\/p>\n
Returning to the streets of Dublin are beloved pageant makers including Macnas, Bui Bolg, Spraoi, Inishowen Carnival Group, Curious State, Volkidana, The Outing Queer Arts Collective, Artastic and ArtFX, alongside exciting new entries from Lumen Street Theatre and Show CoMotion, a new Dublin-based parade company making its Festival debut.<\/p>\n
Adding to the festivities, The Rotunda Hospital makes its first appearance this year with a special float designed by ArtFX.<\/p>\n
Raheny Village<\/p>\n
Raheny Village has announced the countdown is on for their parade which will kick off at 1pm and will start at Adams Pharmacy and progress down the main street turn left onto Watermill Road then right onto Watermill Drive, continuing to All Saint\u2019s Park and finishing at the corner of Wade Avenue and Ballyhoy Avenue.<\/p>\n
Tallaght<\/p>\n
Tallaght St Patrick’s Day Festival 2026 will take place in Tallaght Village on 17 March from 11.30am, featuring a vibrant programme of live music, family-friendly entertainment, face painting and community performances.<\/p>\n
Clondalkin<\/p>\n
This year Clondalkin Village will have its parade led by grand marshall Enya Martin with festivities kicking off from 1.30pm. The parade begins at 2.30pm and will finish at 4pm featuring Clondalkin Youth Band, Chinese Dragon Dancers, Mickey and Minnie and much more.<\/p>\n

Lucan<\/p>\n
Lucan\u2019s parade will kick off at 3pm sharp and this year is especially significant as the village celebrate 35 years of the Lucan St. Patrick\u2019s Day Parade from 1991 to 2026.<\/p>\n
For three and a half decades, Lucan has come together each March to celebrate community, culture and local pride.<\/p>\n
Expect music, colour, community groups, sports clubs and plenty of Lucanian spirit along the route.<\/p>\n
Four Districts<\/p>\n
The 18th Annual 4 Districts St. Patrick’s Day Parade takes place on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, starting at 1.30pm from Rathlawns, Rathcoole, and concluding at St. Mary’s GAA in Saggart.<\/p>\n
This community parade highlights Saggart, Citywest, Rathcoole, Brittas, and Newcastle, featuring local groups and marching bands.<\/p>\n
Blanchardstown<\/p>\n
Parades will take place across several locations in Fingal including Blanchardstown which will kick off at 12pm, the streets will come alive with the infectious energy of St. Patrick’s Day. The Route runs from the junction of Church Avenue, Mill Road & Mary Street, Main Street, Past Clonsilla Road Junction and finishes at Blanchardstown Garda Station.<\/p>\n
Swords<\/p>\n
Swords will host a spectacular parade at 11am which captures \u201cthe heart of Irish tradition and heritage\u201d.<\/p>\n
The Route runs from Colasite Choilm, Dublin Road, along Main Street, turning right at Bridge Street Junction, along North Street and finsihing at Swords Castle Town Park. North Street and finishing at Swords Castle Town Park.<\/p>\n
Balbriggan<\/p>\n
Balbriggan’s parade promises a delightful blend of community enthusiasm and Irish flair kickinf off at 12pm. The Route runs from Bremore Castle Car Park, Drogheda Street, Dublin Street to St. Peter’s and Paul Catholic Church.<\/p>\n
Malahide<\/p>\n
Visitors and residents alike can experience the charm of Malahide as it transforms into a \u201chub of St. Patrick’s Day excitement\u201d from 2pm.<\/p>\n
The Route runs from the Cricket Club, Malahide Road R106 from the junction of Yellow Walls Road, Main Street, The Mall, Coast Road and finishes at the Grand Hotel.<\/p>\n
Rush<\/p>\n
Rush will return again with their community ran parade at 1pm with the route running from the Lower Main Street, Bawn Road, Kilbush Lane to Chapel Green.<\/p>\n
Lusk<\/p>\n
In Lusk their community ran parade kicks off at 1.30pm and will run from the Ring Road to Station Road, Main Street, Post Office Road to The Green.<\/p>\n
Skerries<\/p>\n
Skerries parade kicks off at 3pm and will run from South Strand to Strand Street.<\/p>\n
Donabate<\/p>\n
Donabate\u2019s community ran parade will begin at 1.30pm from its starting point of Ballisk Roundabout and will finish at roughly 2.15pm at St Patricks Church and Parish Hall on Main Street, followed by \u201cfestival activities\u201d which are due to conclude at 4.30pm.<\/p>\n
Stepaside<\/p>\n
In Stepaside, the parade will start at 2.30pm with a variety of groups participating, including dancers, musicians, and local sports clubs. Further information can be found here. D\u00fan Laoghaire<\/p>\n
D\u00fan Laoghaire are hosting a St Patrick\u2019s Day parade kicking off at 11am on March 17, which promises to fill the seafront with colour music and unbeatable St Patrick\u2019s Day energy.<\/p>\n
