NASA astronauts Jessica Meir<\/a> and Chris Williams<\/a> began a spacewalk at 8:52 a.m. EDT to prepare the 2A power channel for the future installation of new roll-out solar arrays. Once installed, the arrays will provide additional power for the orbiting laboratory, supporting critical systems and its safe, controlled deorbit.<\/p>\n
