Conor McGregor launched into a vicious tirade on social media last night, slamming President Catherine Connolly as a \u2018Godless woman\u2019 before turning his attention to T\u00e1naiste Simon Harris, who he described as a \u2018cancer\u2018.<\/p>\n
In a rambling post, McGregor<\/a> began by lamenting St Patrick\u2019s Day as a sad day for Ireland, claiming that military barracks on this island are being used to house migrants.<\/p>\n \u201cA somber day for real Ireland,\u201d begins McGregor\u2019s X post. \u201cAs our military barracks are used to house economic migrants, with a promise of fast tracked citizenship if they enlist in our army. “Money, board, passport, weapons. What could go wrong!?\u201d<\/p>\n McGregor next takes aim at President Catherine Connolly<\/a>, making claims that the President \u2018disrespected\u2019 the religion of Irish people, before claiming that she lied about an incident involving Enoch Burke\u2019s brother Elijah.<\/p>\n Catherine Connolly<\/p>\n That incident occurred back in October while President Connolly was campaigning to be the next Uachtar\u00e1n. During an event, Elijah Bourke was removed by Garda\u00ed for disrupting proceedings, with the event restarting 20 minutes after the disruption.<\/p>\n McGregor added: \u201cAs our Godless president disrespects our religion again and lies on the story of St. Patrick to suit her twisted globalist agenda, just as she lied on the story of Enoch Burke’s brother politely asking her a question. Would you go under oath on that Catherine I’d say you would easy as a godless person. The video is there for all to see however our corrupted judiciary would probably wave you through.\u201d<\/p>\n In her St Patrick\u2019s Day message, President Connolly used the plight of St Patrick<\/a> – an immigrant who was trafficked to Ireland – as a reminder for people to be compassionate to migrants in the world today.<\/p>\n \u201cThe story of Patrick\u2019s life serves as a reminder of the resilience and courage of migrants, the invaluable contributions that they have made, and continue to make, to the countries they now call home, sometimes even in the face of great adversity,\u201d reads part of the President\u2019s message.<\/p>\n McGregor, who briefly ran for president last year<\/a> on a right wing anti-immigration platform, used the President\u2019s comments as an excuse to slam Ireland\u2019s immigration policy, using the horrendous murder of Ashling Murphy by Jozef Pu\u0161ka in 2022 as evidence to support his claim Ireland has an immigration problem.<\/p>\n McGregor pictured with Trump in the Oval Office(Image: whitehouse\/Instagram)<\/p>\n \u201cAnd as you ask us to do even more for migrants on the anniversary of the murder of Ashling Murphy at the hands of a Roma gypsy and his family who were in Ireland ten years in a large home while never once holding a job,” he continued.<\/p>\n \u201cAsking them to do something about migration Don, is just not going to cut it, as they won’t,\u201d wrote McGregor in a seeming reference to US President Donald Trump, who met with Taoiseach Miche\u00e1l Martin on St Patrick\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n Concluding his rant, McGregor wrote \u201cSimon Harris you are a cancer to Ireland.
