Ireland Women\u2019s head coach Scott Bemand has named his 36-player squad for the upcoming Women’s Six Nations Championship \u2014 and there\u2019s a strong Wexford presence making headlines.<\/p>\n

Three Wexford players have been included, underlining the county\u2019s growing influence in Irish rugby. Robyn O’Connor is set to make her international debut, a significant milestone in her career, while Aoife Wafer and Niamh O’Dowd also earn their places in the squad. The inclusion of the trio highlights the strength of talent emerging from Wexford, with all three expected to play important roles during the campaign.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Connor\u2019s selection is particularly notable as she is among nine uncapped players named, signalling a new generation coming through the ranks. The squad will once again be captained by Erin King, who leads a blend of experience and fresh talent.<\/p>\n
