It begins on July 10 with a 30th anniversary celebration of Reasonable Doubt, and he\u2019ll follow it up on July 11 by playing The Blueprint straight through for its 25th anniversary.<\/p>\n \n\tAn Instagram post announcing the shows has no information about ticket sales, special guests, or the possibility of additional concerts. It merely says \u201cStay Tuned.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tThe news comes just one day after the Roots announced that Jay-Z would be joining them at their annual Roots Picnic<\/a> in Philadelphia on May 30. It\u2019s unclear if the Roots Picnic set will spotlight a classic album, but a flyer promoting the gig spelled Jay-Z\u2019s name with the umlaut used on the initial release of Reasonable Doubt in 1996. And last month, the rapper made his 1996 single \u201cDead Presidents\u201d available on streaming platforms for the first time, kicking off the 30th anniversary celebration that will continue throughout the year.\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tJay-Z hasn\u2019t released a solo album since 2017\u2019s 4:44, though he did team up with Beyonce for the 2018 collaborative LP Everything Is Loved, which was billed to \u201cThe Carters.\u201d They toured together all across North America and Europe that year.<\/p>\n \t\tTrending Stories<\/p>\n \n\tSince that time, however, Hova has kept a relatively low profile.
