As the most-awarded artist in the history of the show, Swift has received a total of 34 awards throughout her career. Within these nods, she has been honored as Artist of the Year three times and Female Artist of the Year twice (iHeartRadio split the category into gendered subsets from 2016 to 2022). She\u2019s also broken the record for most Song of the Year wins (two, for \u201cShake It Off\u201d in 2015 and \u201cAnti-Hero\u201d in 2023), and has been recognized with special accolades such as the Innovator Award (2023) and the Tour of the Century Award (2025). The last time she attended the event was in 2023.<\/p>\n

This year, Swift earned the most nominations with a total of nine. In addition to the coveted Artist of the Year and Song of the Year categories, she was up for Pop Artist of the Year, Pop Song of the Year, Favorite TikTok Dance, Best Lyrics, and Best Music Video thanks to The Life of a Showgirl single \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia.\u201d Her documentary miniseries The End of an Era earned a spot on the Favorite On Screen list, and the Eras Tour itself was up for Favorite Tour Style.<\/p>\n
The iHeartRadio Music Awards will be held on Thursday, March 26, and will be hosted by Ludacris.
