The accompanying music video features a striking concept, placing the singer opposite her ‘Cuz I Love You’-era self in an emotional encounter.<\/p>\n
The release follows a string of standalone singles including ‘Love in Real Life’ and ‘Still Down Bad’, all of which have arrived since her most recent album, ‘Special’. An album also titled ‘Love in Real Life’ was previously announced, though no release date has been confirmed.<\/p>\n
Outside of her musical output, Lizzo has been expanding into other creative ventures. She is set to portray Sister Rosetta Tharpe in an upcoming biopic, serving as co-producer alongside Forest Whitaker.
