A man has died following a single-vehicle collision in Kilworth, Co Cork, on Monday.<\/p>\n
The collision occurred on the R639 at Ballinrush, shortly after 11.15am.<\/p>\n
The driver, a man in his 70s, was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n
The Coroner has been notified, and a post-mortem examination will take place in Cork University Hospital.<\/p>\n
The scene underwent a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators<\/p>\n
Garda\u00ed are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.<\/p>\n
Road users with camera footage (including dash-cam) who were travelling on the R639 near Ballinrush, Kilworth, Co Cork between 10.50am and 11.20am on Monday, March 23rd, have been asked to make this footage available to investigating garda\u00ed.<\/p>\n
