When I first read about it, I was very terrified… even reading about it made me wonder how someone could do something like that,\u201d he told Ent Live.He added, \u201cBut as an actor, when you work on a character, you give yourself fully to it. As you keep reading, you begin to understand how he would behave… When I read that scene, I was actually very excited to do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2018I stayed in the moment\u2019: Trusting instinct over monitor<\/p>\n

Talking about his approach, Danish Pandor said he relied heavily on instinct while performing the sequence.\u201cI did that scene by staying in the moment and in the situation. After every take, I would look towards Aditya Dhar<\/a>, and if he gave a thumbs up, I wouldn\u2019t even go to the monitor because I wanted my director to be extremely happy,\u201d he shared.He also revealed that the team put in extensive effort to execute the scene, including improvisation. \u201cA lot of hard work went into it… we also did quite a bit of improvisation. That\u2019s how we went forward.\u201d <\/p>\n

Injury on set: \u2018It got a bit serious\u2019<\/p>\n

The intense sequence also came at a physical cost. Danish shared that he injured his thumb while shooting the scene.\u201cI hurt my thumb during the flow of the scene and was immediately rushed to the hospital. It took around two to two-and-a-half months to heal… it got a bit serious. It was my stupidity, in the heat of the moment I lost control a little,\u201d he admitted.He added that the team was supportive and gave him time to recover. <\/p>\n
