radio network has been released on bail after appearing in court over the seizure of \u20ac110,000 worth of cannabis at an office building in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/dublin\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/dublin\/\">Dublin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Seafra O\u2019Donovan (35), an employee of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/bauer-media\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/bauer-media\/\">Bauer Media<\/a>, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and having it for sale or supply at Marconi House, Digges Lane, Dublin 2 on March 23rd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The location of the seizure, carried out as part of a joint <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/an-garda-siochana\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/an-garda-siochana\/\">Garda<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/Revenue-Commissioners\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/Revenue-Commissioners\/\">Revenue Customs<\/a> operation, is the base of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/newstalk\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/newstalk\/\">Newstalk<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/today-fm\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/today-fm\/\">Today FM<\/a> and affiliated radio stations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">O\u2019Donovan sat silently throughout the brief hearing before Judge Conor Fottrell at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/district-court\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/district-court\/\">Dublin District Court<\/a> on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">No plea was entered to the charges, which are under sections 3 and 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Garda Kevin Hearns told the judge that O\u2019Donovan, of Leeson Park Court, Ranelagh, was charged shortly after 11pm on Tuesday, handed a copy of the charges, and \u201cmade no reply\u201d when cautioned.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Hearns, a member of the divisional drugs unit at Kevin Street, said he was not objecting to bail with conditions. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Accordingly, the judge ordered O\u2019Donovan to sign on two days a week at his local garda station, notify of address or mobile phone number changes, and not to apply for a passport.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Defence solicitor Aoife Dalton told the judge her client had provided his phone number and his passport had already been handed in.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Hearns asked for a lengthy adjournment, suggesting two to three months, if possible, as the investigation was still ongoing and a file needed to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">O\u2019Donovan was ordered to appear in court again on May 27th
