The Reunion: Laguna Beach, which is set to release on the Roku Channel on April 10, revisits the iconic MTV series that followed the lives of real-life teenagers from California<\/a>‘s affluent Orange County.<\/p>\n

The show ran for three seasons and launched the careers of both Cavallari, 39, and Conrad, 40, who earned their own TV shows in the years after\u00a0Laguna Beach’s finale.<\/p>\n

While on Laguna Beach, Cavallari and Conrad found themselves in a contentious love triangle with hunky castmate Stephen Colletti, 40.<\/a><\/p>\n

But now, 22 years after the show’s heyday on MTV, it appears that Cavallari and Conrad have moved past their teenage feud.<\/p>\n

The premiere comes after the latest trailer for\u00a0The Reunion: Laguna Beach dropped, giving fans a look at Cavallari and Conrad addressing their feud.<\/p>\n

The nearly two-minute teaser kicked off with both Cavallari and Conrad sitting next to each other at a bonfire on the beach.<\/p>\n

‘We have never had a conversation on camera, just the two of us,’ Cavallari told her former co-star. ‘Are you ready?’<\/p>\n

Conrad turned to look at Cavallari and simply answered, ‘No.’<\/p>\n

In a separate moment as the cast gathered together on a set, Cavallari recalled, ‘They said, “Who do you think is gonna be prom queen?” And I said, “I don’t know and I don’t care, as long as it’s not Lauren Conrad.”‘<\/p>\n

Conrad further chimed in with, ‘We did not like each other.’<\/p>\n

Their previous feud on Laguna Beach developed with their love triangle with Colletti – who also took part in the anticipated reunion.<\/a><\/p>\n

However last year in October, the pair revealed that they had pushed aside the drama and are now ‘friends’ again after filming the reunion.<\/p>\n

‘Lauren and I are friends,’ Cavallari stated during an episode of her Let’s Be Honest With Kristin Cavallari podcast.<\/p>\n

‘I just got back from Laguna. I filmed the Laguna Beach reunion which was awesome. I don’t even know what I’m allowed to say or not say… It was such a great time.’<\/p>\n

The star added that the reunion had been ‘really healing in a lot of ways,’ despite not wanting to take part initially.<\/p>\n

‘Obviously there was a little truth to what happened with the three of us, but I felt like MTV coming kept it alive and made it way worse than it ever would have been.’<\/p>\n

Conrad added that while they did have a bit of drama before filming began, the pair had already made up when cameras started to roll.<\/p>\n

‘It was like the week before they started filming, we got into it and then made up. And it was fine. And they came\u2026 I don’t think we were best friends, but we were fine,’ the designer continued.<\/p>\n

Cavallari later said, ‘They really hammered the love triangle home,’ which prompted Conrad to say, ‘They really did. They didn’t want me to have anything else.’<\/p>\n

The media personality added, ‘But I also think that that unfiltered thing we had was one of the reasons the show did really well. We weren’t super self-aware.<\/p>\n

‘We hadn’t really seen a show like this before, so we didn’t know what was getting used or not used. I think that’s what actually made it feel more authentic.’<\/p>\n

Conrad continued, ‘I think I’m finally at the place now where I can laugh at it and say I was 18. I’ve hopefully grown since then.’<\/p>\n
