When\u00a0fully\u00a0constructed,\u00a0the\u00a0Railyard\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0the\u00a0tallest\u00a0residential\u00a0building\u00a0in\u00a0Ireland,\u00a0designed\u00a0by\u00a0award\u00a0winning\u00a0architects\u00a0Henry\u00a0J\u00a0Lyons\u00a0with\u00a0input\u00a0from\u00a0specialist\u00a0tall\u00a0building\u00a0architect\u00a0Richard\u00a0Coleman\u00a0of\u00a0London\u00a0based\u00a0City\u00a0Designer.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0project\u00a0consists\u00a0of\u00a0a\u00a0landmark,\u00a0slender\u00a025-storey\u00a0tower\u00a0designed\u00a0to\u00a0a\u00a0high\u00a0architectural\u00a0standard,\u00a0which\u00a0steps\u00a0down\u00a0to\u00a013-storeys\u00a0and\u00a0then\u00a09-storeys.\u00a0The\u00a0Railyard\u00a0will\u00a0deliver\u00a0217\u00a0affordable\u00a0new\u00a0homes\u00a0in\u00a0Cork\u2019s\u00a0Docklands\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0end\u00a0of\u00a02027.<\/p>\n
