Tensions are almost always simmering between the Dingles and the Tates on Emmerdale<\/a>, but during Sunday 29 March’s episode, the feud hit boiling point.<\/p>\n

At the heart of events was of course, Joe Tate (played by Ned Porteous), who seemed to be revelling in securing Butlers Farm and got the workmen in to demolish anything he didn’t like – including Holly Barton’s (Sophie Powles) memorial.<\/p>\n

Kim (Claire King) had previously made a promise to Moira (Natalie J Robb) that she wouldn’t do anything to the special site and would leave it untouched.<\/p>\n

Joe, however, didn’t show the same respect to Moira and the dreadful sight was found by Matty (Ash Palmisciano) who reported it to the Dingle family immediately.<\/p>\n

With Moira in prison currently for crimes she didn’t even commit and Cain going through cancer treatment, the timing (while it would never be ideal), couldn’t be worse.<\/p>\n

The Dingles stormed round to confront Kim and Graham (Andrew Scarborough) about the scene and while Joe didn’t confess what he’d done, Graham knew immediately who it was.<\/p>\n

There’s one thing about the Dingles – no one should ever underestimate them, especially when they’re fighting for justice for one of their own.<\/p>\n

Watch out, Joe, if they ever find out it was him…<\/p>\n
