Channel 7\u2019s The Morning Show host had begun to address the impacts of green noise on sleep when she got tongue tied reading the teleprompter and harmlessly let out a C-bomb.<\/p>\n
Stumbling briefly, Gillies caught herself and continued to recite her lines before turning away from the camera mortified.<\/p>\n
Sat beside her, Sally Bowry immediately clocked the blunder and contained her excitement before throwing back to the popular figure.<\/p>\n
The two quickly became overcome with laughter, with a red-faced Gillies burying her head in her hands before gazing sheepishly back at viewers.<\/p>\n
The clip was posted to social media on Tuesday after the show that morning with the caption: \u201c10\/10 for keeping it together \ud83e\udd23\u201d.<\/p>\n
It offered the long-time host an opportunity to explain herself, which she wasted no time in doing.<\/p>\n
\u201cI AM SO SORRY. I saw \u2018colour\u2019, was reading ahead to \u2018chat\u2019 ..and ended up somewhere in between \ud83d\ude2c\ud83d\ude2c\ud83d\ude2c\u201d, Gillies wrote.<\/p>\n

A raft of the presenter\u2019s colleagues and fellow media personalities swiftly chimed in, with some pushing the boundaries themselves.<\/p>\n
\u201cExactly the word I use when I\u2019m staring at the ceiling 3am \ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02\u201d, personal trainer and TV personality Michelle Bridges teased.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat\u2019s my girl and that\u2019s why we LOVE LOVE our Kylie forever. We all slip up \u2764\ufe0f\ud83d\ude4c\ud83d\udc4f\ud83d\ude0d\u201d, actor Hugh Sheridan said.<\/p>\n
Referencing the alternatives to \u201cgreen\u201d noise Gillies had mentioned earlier in the piece, swimming legend Leisel Jones took the joke a step further.<\/p>\n
\u201cWell pink and brown is technically correct \ud83d\udc81\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\u201d, she commented.<\/p>\n
Regular guest Sami Lukis admitted she\u2019d had a similarly experience to Gillies, suggesting it may take the presenter some time to recover.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou\u2019re the best Kyles ! I\u2019ve done that once before as well. Takes a while to get over it \ud83d\ude33\ud83d\ude33,\u201d Lukis said.<\/p>\n
Within earshot of the error, Gillies\u2019 co-host thanked her for adding spice to the morning.<\/p>\n
